PikPok’s zombie action sequel gets festive with exclusive holiday event
NEW ZEALAND, Wellington, December 15, 2017 – Leading games publisher PikPok® today released a teaser video for Frostbitten, an exclusive holiday event coming to Into the Dead® 2 this December.
Since launching on October 13 2017, Into the Dead® 2 has achieved more than 10 million downloads and has been selected for the Google Play Store’s Editors’ Choice program. In Into the Dead 2, players journey through the zombie apocalypse in a race to save their family. Armed with an arsenal of powerful weapons, players must fend off ever-increasing zombie threats while crossing treacherous terrain.
Running from December 20, Frostbitten is a stand-alone seasonal event set in a brutal, zombie infested snowstorm. After receiving a distress call from a mysterious stranger, players must climb Frostbite Peak to stage a desperate rescue…all while battling the hordes! As well as introducing an all-new character and storyline, Frostbitten will feature the GL-03 Krampus – a special grenade launcher that players can only earn and upgrade by completing the event. Frostbitten will expand the Into the Dead 2 universe into new and numbing territories, and challenge players to do whatever it takes to survive the dead of winter.
